Now hiring: we are hiring a short order cook in Orhionmwon, Edo. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure The role involves label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
