Bench joiner • Malumfashi, Katsina State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bench joiner in Malumfashi, Katsina State. You will work in a bespoke joinery workshop. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work Day-to-day duties: • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
