Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. ₦135,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
