Toolroom milling operator wanted in Batagarawa

Immediate opening: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Batagarawa, Katsina State. The job is in a toolroom. Ideal candidate: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift Day to day you will load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production.
