Join our team: we are hiring a halal butcher in Montgomery County, Ohio. You will be based at a halal meat counter. Day to day you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; season and marinate meat on request; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling 1+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided.
