Halal butcher • Ingawa, Katsina State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a halal butcher in Ingawa, Katsina State. The job is in a supermarket meat department. Your main tasks: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required 5+ years on the tools preferred.
