Framing carpenter — Ada County

Now hiring: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Ada County, Idaho. You will be based in a cabinet-making workshop. On a typical shift you will cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
