Baker wanted in Dutsi

Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Dutsi, Katsina State. You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 2+ years on the tools preferred.
