Abattoir worker wanted in Jahun

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Jahun, Jigawa State. On a typical shift you will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
