Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Boki, Cross River State. The role involves follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 3+ years on the tools preferred.
