Great opportunity: short order cook (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in Upshur County, Texas. Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
