Day-to-day duties: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Clear and reset tables between covers • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Ideal candidate: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. ₦205,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
