Counter butcher — Gwiwa

Join our team: we are hiring a counter butcher in Gwiwa, Jigawa State. You will work in a meat processing plant. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day On a typical shift you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
