Vacancy available: canteen cook (Plateau State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Kanam, Plateau State. The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift.
