We are recruiting: press shop operator (Yobe State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a press shop operator in Geidam, Yobe State. You should have: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg On the job you will handle: • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor Six days a week, one day off.
