Tandoor cook wanted in Putnam County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Putnam County, Illinois. The job is at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On a typical shift you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
