Head butcher wanted in Fulton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head butcher in Fulton County, Kentucky. You will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Rotating shifts.
