Bread baker wanted in Fayette County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Fayette County, Alabama. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. On a typical shift you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; score the top of loaves before baking; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off.
