We are recruiting: back-of-house cleaner (Uttar Pradesh)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Chitrakoot, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Day to day you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Ideally you have good teamwork with chefs and floor staff; careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers; previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred. Rotating shifts.
