Meat trimmer — Glades County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Glades County, Florida. You will be based in a meat processing plant. You will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
