We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Windham County, Vermont. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards We offer $28 per hour plus benefits.
