Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
