Urgent requirement: argon welder (Utah)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon welder in Cache County, Utah. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. What we are looking for: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height Day to day you will set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
