Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Warji, Bauchi State. Your main tasks: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
