Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Jackson County, Iowa. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Your main tasks: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
