Lathe programmer-operator • Trigg County, Kentucky

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Trigg County, Kentucky. You will be based in a precision engineering workshop. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code On a typical shift you will load and index turning tools in the turret; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; write and edit G-code programs at the control; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; run first-off inspection and sign off the part. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
