Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Day-to-day duties: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case Part-time with flexible hours.
