Immediate opening: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Collin County, Texas. The role involves: • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Willing to work outdoors in all weather $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
