Framing carpenter — Carroll County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Carroll County, Ohio. Day to day you will fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge. You should have: • Own basic hand tools • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers Six days a week, one day off.
