Urgent requirement: we are hiring a butcher in Hall County, Texas. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Day to day you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
