Powder coater — Shani

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in Shani, Borno State. On the job you will handle: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
