Bakery assistant — Hale County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Hale County, Alabama. Your main tasks: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Part-time with flexible hours.
