Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day-to-day duties: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well Full-time, day shift. ₹650 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
