Day-to-day duties: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Season and marinate meat on request • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
