On a typical shift you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. ₦270,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
