Vacancy available: dish pit attendant (Lagos State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Alimosho, Lagos State. The job is in a hotel kitchen. The role involves scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Six days a week, one day off. We offer ₦260,000 per month plus benefits.
