Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Guna, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based at a busy bakery. You will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; score the top of loaves before baking; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
