Dough maker wanted in Odogbolu

Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Odogbolu, Ogun State. You will be based at a cake shop. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen On a typical shift you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer.
