Urgent requirement: we are hiring a metal caster in Dhalai, Tripura. The job is at an aluminium die-casting plant. Requirements: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection You will inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring.
