Counter butcher wanted in Brown County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a counter butcher in Brown County, Minnesota. Day to day you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers 1+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
