Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process The role involves inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow.
