Gypsum plasterer — Jackson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in Jackson County, Illinois. You will work in an occupied house during renovation. Requirements: • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work On a typical shift you will mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
