We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Mayes County, Oklahoma. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency.
