Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Wallace County, Kansas. The role involves manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
