Dough maker — Logo

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Logo, Benue State. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate ₦75,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
