We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Kirklees, England. Day-to-day duties: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line We offer £2,800 per month plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
