Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks You will score the top of loaves before baking; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; load and unload the deck oven with a peel.
