Immediate opening: fabricator-welder (Imo State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Obowo, Imo State. You will work in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. On a typical shift you will prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper. What we are looking for: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances 5+ years on the tools preferred.
