Vacancy available: we are hiring a waiter in Lafayette County, Florida. You will be based at a busy restaurant. On the job you will handle: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Check back during the meal and handle special requests Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
