Ironing operator • Guyuk, Adamawa State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an ironing operator in Guyuk, Adamawa State. The job is at a textile finishing unit. Day to day you will use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; give each garment a final press before packing; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
